Aether is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. You use the App at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, failed transfers, or corruption of files resulting from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Aether shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update the App and these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes occur.
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the App.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Aether shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any other action.
